To understand why this concept is hitting a wall in recent years we have to look much deeper than the surface headline and it’s almost screaming simplicity.
This Podcast I explore the changing trends in our portion sizes and the growing outsized portions of modern day life. I examine the growing trends of eating out and dialing in and how this unhappy marriage of convenience is slowly killing us.
Finally, I look at the decreasing physical activity of the nation despite more positive numbers of us exercising. I also explain why I think the popular myth of exercise being the ultimate solution to weight loss is misleading people and causing the backlash against eat less, move more as a realistic weight loss and lifestyle solution.
