When real life infiltrates our felt experience while on a vacation, and how we shouldn’t fight this natural occurrence of life hitting us a bit more intensely when we are relaxed and undistracted. How we can use this experience to tap into our body’s innate wisdom. Then, I go to another big THERE. When we work in the mind/body industry offering safe experiences to people, yet we are also human with our opinions and voices. How to integrate these 2 aspects of our lives and operate from a place of love and emotional coherence.
