Episode Summary:

After returning from a trip to Ireland, Thomas tells Maddie about his new girlfriend Lisa. Maddie points out their incompatibility, so a reluctant Thomas breaks up with Lisa over the phone. However, Maddie has a change of heart and sets up another date between them, convincing Thomas that Lisa is ideal for him after all.

Their rekindled relationship delights Thomas. He affirms his enduring friendship with Maddie, despite moving on romantically. As the series ends, Thomas and Maddie hug, their quirky kinship bolstered by a new phase in Thomas' life.
