In previous episodes, we talk about lifestyle and food and why we should be modifying our lifestyle or the food that we eat to improve our health or even prevention. The changes that we need to do is sometime not easy for some of us, however, if we set our mind and consciously paying attention to what we do, how we talk, how we act and what we eat one thing at a time will lead us into healthy life. For us to be able to do that we need to use our conscious mind and intentional living.
