Collette Divitto is a pioneering entrepreneur, disability rights activist, and thought leader to anyone who’s ever been told they are not good enough or intelligent enough to pursue their dreams. After being rejected from many job opportunities, likely due to her disability (Down syndrome), Collette decided to launch her own company. Before she knew it, the company, and her story, blew up to global status and movement. Today, Collette has employed over 15 individuals with challenges, authored and published 3 books, started a podcast, and her story won an academy award for short film. Collette Divitto can be found in the media all over the world and now she is pursuing a new film to shed light on the unemployment rate with a written request for a federal policy. She is a tenacious BOSS and fierce leader for a more inclusive world.
