For aerial artist Enya White, the trapeze is her brush and canvas. Traveling with Cirque Du Soleil’s Luzia show for since 2015, Enya has learned not just highly refined trapeze skills. Her experience can teach us all about staying healthy on the road, being safe and creative while challenging our comfort zones, and returning fully to practice (mentally and physically) after an injury.
