What sets your business apart?
This day and age, it is hard to find an honest business that does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. We live by the golden rule and treat our customers the way we would want to be treated.
What does customer service mean to you?
Customer service to us means taking care of the customers. People spend their hard-earned money with us, and we appreciate it. We will do whatever it takes to keep our customers happy. As with anything, mistakes can happen in rare cases, but we are always determined to find a fair and complete resolution in all circumstances. We use high-quality parts and have 100% faith in the ability of our techs, which makes it easy to always commit to follow through with our promises.
How does your business give back to the community?
We have been a member of the community since 1999, and we try to give back with donations, sponsorships, etc. We appreciate the support from the community and want to give back whenever possible. We are all in this together.
Where do you see your business in five years?
We see ourselves continuing to be a cornerstone business in the community offering services that exceed our customers’ expectations through exceptional customer service.
