John Mensah is the Director and Founder of Outreach Management Services, a consultancy that specialises in providing strategy, organisational development, training, fundraising, project management and mentoring support to third sector groups across the UK and Africa. Along with AmickyCarol, he was also a founding committee member for the Chartered Institute of Fundraising's Black Fundraisers UK Special Interest Group.
Today we're talking about the 30th of Ken Burnett's 34 foundations of fundraising, which takes us to the very heart of how we define fundraising.
