One of the most frequent questions I get is “Dr. Alinsod how do you do your labiaplasty surgeries? Do you use lasers or radiofrequency, scissors or knives?” I have this discussion quite a bit with surgeons from around the world. I cover this on my practice website (www.alinsodinstitute.com) and have lots of photos and videos. I've never really covered it for the Lay Public so I created this video that shows what radio frequency can do for Cosmetic Gynecology and why I use it for the right person. I gear this for non-medical people who wondered how this surgery is done in my office, awake, with no IV, under local anesthesia.
