Prior to founding Group 360 Consulting, Raheela served in a number of senior roles, including Chief of Sales, Client Services, and North American Market Strategy for BPI group US, and Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Challenger, Gray and Christmas, Inc. Raheela is also a mother to three children, is a talented cook and a frequent entertainer. She joins Ashley to talk about her experience as the daughter to immigrant parents and what her family’s work ethic and integrity instilled in her from a young age, her professional accolades, what led her to starting her own transitioning services consulting company, why her company’s model is so successful.
