Todays episode we have Brandon Johnson with HomeSmart Encore RE,  talking with me about his journey since starting his career in Real Estate. We talk about the struggles he faced first coming into the industry and what he struggles with now. I ask him questions about what he is doing differently to stand out from the rest of the industry to keep up with the high influx of people moving to town currently but also with how fast our market is moving.

Sales can be hard but when your determination to succeed is overbearing, failure isn't an option and your daily viewpoint will change.
