What a treat to spend an hour chatting with my dear friend Joshua! We first connected when we were just baby-faced newbies in the personal development world, and we've stayed close ever since. In this episode, we talk about the winding (and sometimes weird) road of growth, where we currently stand with human design, and how our creative practices—Josh with music, me with writing—might just be our deepest forms of personal development.
