Energy does not die, it is a constant. The only way to invite it in or release it, is to move it. We went on a journey, to our home town of Redondo Beach, California, to release the energy around our childhood that we had been carrying for years. We took a crazy 36 hour, 1700 mile trip that gave us not only a new perspective on many things but it opened up so much space, for new energy to come our way.
