The natural state of wellbeing includes a fully functioning emotional guidance system. When we act from a place of fear we are not only NOT using our natural warning system as it is intended but we are creating more fear in our lives. What is fear? True fear? It isn't getting low on toilet paper, thats for sure.
Know your emotional guidance system, use it wisely and BE MINDFUL enough to know the difference between real fear and the pre-programmed thought processes that allows you to create the "What If" first response. Thinking, speaking, acting and behaving from a place of fear and lack only perpetuates the power of your auto responses. Stop, evaluate and then respond or simply take two steps to the left and allow the elephant to pass. It's far more simple than you may think.
