Here’s how the cycle works: think - feel - do - be - think… your thoughts communicate to you with emotions, your emotions influence your actions which become the habits that make up your character, how you ‘be’, which then influences your thoughts. Stress hides in all corners of this cycle, but joy can still shine through if we let it. 


It’s our job here today to disrupt this cycle and the tools you need are already inside the Free resource Library that you’ve all got access to here inside the Bloom Room. 


The bottom line here is that you cannot be the wife and mother, the level headed, confident and radiant woman that you are meant to be, if you’re living in a state of constant stress.
