Non Negotiables are those things you’d do if you only had time in the day to do 3 things. The things that need to happen in order for the following day to run smoothly. These things can change with the seasons and transition can be tricky - don’t sweat it if there’s a learning curve, a practice period before it becomes second nature, automated. 


Action Task: Define your non-negotiables, your bare minimum of what you need to expect from yourself each day and have a simple method of rewarding your behavior.
