Rocky DeSantos, the courageous Red Mighty Morphin Power Ranger, emerged after meeting Tommy Oliver, Kimberly Hart, and Billy Cranston. His exceptional martial arts abilities drew Lord Zedd's attention, leading to his kidnapping along with Adam Park and Aisha Campbell. The Rangers rescued them, revealing their identities in the process. Chosen to succeed Jason Lee Scott, Rocky became second-in-command and received the Tyrannosaurus Power Coin and Red Dragon Thunderzord. He later gained Ninja powers as the Red Ninja Ranger and Metallic Armor, showcasing his strength, climbing abilities, and the power to pilot the Red Ape Ninjazord and Red Shogunzord. Rocky faced formidable challenges, including the destruction of the Thunderzords and single-handedly battling monsters. He retrieved his sub-crystal in Mexico and became Zeo Ranger III - Blue. After his departure from the Turbo Rangers, Rocky opened a Karate School, teaching the skills he had honed as a Ranger. He continues to inspire as a Legendary Ranger, returning to aid the Ninja Steel Rangers and the Mighty Morphin Rangers in their decisive battles against Robo-Rita and Bandora Protocol.
