Description
After experiencing 5 miscarriages, Angharad recently ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for the baby charity Tommy’s. We’re going to be talking about how running has helped Angharad through her multiple losses by giving her headspace and thinking time, but also how spending time in nature and using mindful running as a distraction from her own thoughts has been just as important. We also discuss running in pregnancy, parent guilt and managing anxiety during pregnancies after loss.
