A Clinical Trial Shows Improvement in Skin Collagen, Hydration, Elasticity, Wrinkles, Scalp, and Hair Condition following 12-Week Oral Intake of a Supplement Containing Hydrolysed Collagen (2024) — in this trial, using hydrolyzed collagen improved hydration, elasticity, wrinkles, and also showed measurable histological improvements in collagen content in the upper (papillary) dermis compared to lower dermis.
