Jack + I have one biga** common belief; that integration of hobbies and values into a healthy lifestyle is vital for long term success. Jack has a rad background that eventually led him to being the coach he is today; he trained as a chef, has a love for golf + gaming but realised a pretty common theme.


The conversation evolves into the importance of focusing on the big picture + not getting caught up in the small details when it comes to successfully getting what you want out of your body, whether it's weightloss, muscle gain, injury rehabilitation, etc.
