Inspired by her father, a mathematician and engineer, Watson founded Academy Achievers to provide STEM education and mentorship. She emphasises the importance of holistic development, including technical skills, mental health, and soft skills. Watson aims to raise the aspirations of underrepresented groups in STEM through her "Be Me" digital inclusion program.
She also highlights the need for ethical AI development and the importance of collaboration and representation in creating inclusive environments.
