We discuss my process of becoming...what was needed in order for me to be the person I am today, making the changes that I am. Currently, I am a Certified Peer Specialist in the State of Georgia. A peer is a mental health advocate with lived experience. I'm also a writer, poet, am currently being trained in cultural competency.
