S2 Episode 3: Leadership lessons – what does the Chair of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges do? With Professor Dame Helen Stokes-Lampard
Description
Hello! Over the last two weeks we’ve spoken to two Royal College Presidents, and they both mentioned how all the Royal College Presidents work together as part of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges.
This week’s guest is the Chair of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, Professor Dame Helen Stokes-Lampard. Helen is an academic GP and has been previous Chair of the Royal College of GPs. In this episode, we learn what her role as Chair of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges involves, how senior leaders can still find mentors and seek help, and lessons she’s learnt along the way.
We hope you enjoy the episode!
