This season is all about exploring possibilities.


This week's guest is Professor Kate Thomas, Dean of Medicine at the University of Birmingham. Kate is only the second woman and the first GP to be Dean of Medicine at Birmingham. In this episode, she shares her career journey and advice on how we can all support medical students and junior colleagues.
