In this week’s episode, Chris sits down with Hubert Rachwalski, CEO of Nethone - a fraud detection software company. They primarily work with medium and larger enterprises, but still work with smaller businesses. Hubert is originally from Poland and Nethone is a Polish company. We discuss his favorite entrepreneur and he has a unique answer. He hopes that the version of himself in 10 to 15 years time will be his favorite entrepreneur. Growing up, he wanted to be a car dealership manager as he has always loved cars. Today, he still loves cars, but does not sell them for a living. He also shares some challenges that Nethone faced during the pandemic being a Polish company. As he is aware that his biggest critic is himself, he finds he is motivated by the philosophy of minimizing frustration. Essentially, when he looks back at his life, he does not want to have regrets and tries to look at multiple perspectives. Looking into the future, he hopes to bring Nethone around the world and continue making the internet a safer place.
