This week, our host Dr Rosalind Beere sat down with FoodMarble founder and CEO, Aonghus Shortt, to hear about the incredible journey of creating his medical device solution inspired to help IBS sufferers, a common condition that Aonghus’s wife suffered from. He shares with us the development and launch of the product through the use of crowdfunding, where they raised an impressive €1 million in pre-orders. We hear about the highs and the lows and how the team have quickly scaled the business here and in the US, and Aonghus also discusses some of their exciting future plans. Ros and Aonghus are also joined by investment expert, John Phelan.
