Don’t throw away that old food in your fridge… we’ve got loads of ideas for leftovers.  

We’ll be thinking about food during this episode, with some great ideas to use up leftovers in ways that are kind to your pocket and the planet. 

But let’s begin with a story about parkrun itself. parkrunners walk, jog, run and volunteer every Saturday and Sunday – every event is inclusive and you can take it at your own pace. However, at the end of last year, three women around the world decided their own pace would be “super quick”!
