We are joined by Minister of State with responsibility for Public Procurement, eGovernment and the Circular Economy, Ossian Smyth, who is also a Green Party TD for Dún Laoghaire. Minister Smyth joins us to discuss the Circular Economy, which is gaining traction at European, national and local levels.
