During our fascinating chat Ilana explores how she got started in her career, the route to becoming the first female steadicam specialist in the UK and how people could follow in her footsteps.

Along the way she also discusses her work on the likes of Black Mirror, an upcoming Marvel project and why she ended up gettign paid to shout swear words at Salma Hayek.
