Intro: (Robyn) I started to see tonight’s guest online a year or two ago. Since then, we have become friends. Like many of us, once she found the benefits of eating low-carb, she felt the desire to help others. Now I see her helping others with tips and useful feedback, always willing to offer encouragement. When I first asked her to come on the show, she said that she didn’t have much of a story. I disagree.
