Description
In the Book of Acts, Luke is clear that the gospel stories are just the beginning of what Jesus "began to do and to teach." The story of Jesus continues in and through the lives of the apostles. As we read about the early church and their efforts to testify to Jesus, we witness how the Holy Spirit powerfully uses them to proclaim the rule and reign of God. We also find ourselves challenged by and filled with the Holy Spirit, as we continue to witness what Jesus is doing and teaching today!
