Join the Office for Joint Administrative Intelligence for their annual deep dive into the experimental, underground and found soundscapes and music from Brussels - capital of gray beige bureaucratic dreams. This show captures the chaotic, bureaucratic, wild and contradictory essence of our beloved home city.

The episode is paired with a Radio Chisinau broadcast - a sonic collage of strange sounds, monologues, and DIY music, emanating from Europe’s least visited capital: Chisinau in Moldova.

Both shows were compiled under the banner of O.J.A.I.'s multi-annual, ongoing Urban Reconnaissance research into both cities.

Office for Joint Administrative Intelligence (O.J.A.I.) is the co-authored practice of artists Chris Dreier and Gary Farrelly. It functions since 2015 as a hyperbolic bureaucratic para-intelligence agency operating between Brussels and Berlin. Drawing on obsessive research in the fields of corporate architecture, urban peripheries, tunnels, institutional power, and magic. Public manifestations of O.J.A.I. are performances, installations, publications, artefacts, vinyl records, field trips and a radio show on Dublin Digital Radio and Cashmere Radio, Berlin.
