Please don't waste your money on this book. This book is a 100% fraud. By buying a bunch of positive reviews, the author fools customers into thinking it's a real book, which it isn't.
If you know nothing about SQL, this book will confuse you at best, and seriously mislead you at worst. If you know a little bit about SQL, you'll know less if you make it through the book, because it's packed with inaccuracies.
This is a book patched together by someone with no knowledge of SQL, and very little knowledge of English. It reads as though it were written in another language, and then auto-translated to English. The SQL syntax is mostly copy/pasted - badly and with many inaccuracies - from other websites.
The positive reviews must all be fake. If you look at the profile of some of the 5 star reviewers, you can see that they write almost nothing but oddly worded 5 star reviews on books. It's a shame that Amazon can't filter out these reviews, which are not honest reviews by real customers.
The supposed author, Richard Dorsey, is not a real person. You can find the picture used for the author's profile picture if you do a reverse image search in Google, it's a stock photo available on Shutterstock. You'll see it if you go to Shutterstock and search for "master computer repair" (as of 7/24/2017).
Just for laughs, here's some of the strange sentences you'll find in the book:

Don't get duped like I did. These 5 star reviews are fakes.
This book is a scam. Notice how the 5 star reviews are written in strange Chinese style English. The book is 67 pages long, and mostly blank with some many paragraphs repeated as filler. Actual content is maybe 10 pages of SQL overview, no real teaching content.
