Sagrika started her intermittent fasting journey in high school and has been loving it for 3+ years! Being a full-time student and fellow podcaster at the University of California-Berkeley, Sagrika uses IF to fit into her busy, on-the-go lifestyle. Not only has she seen physical transformations, but has also experienced mindset changes and seeks to encourage others to try intermittent fasting.
