But with their sights set on legacy, they returned home to Florida to launch Bison Construction, a company inspired by both their journey and their roots.

Nemesie shares how saying “yes” to every opportunity—whether founding a business, working for a developer, or jumping into commercial real estate—helped her grow her skills and her confidence. Her pursuit of excellence led her to earn her Master’s in Real Estate, a General Contractor’s license, and the CCIM designation—not for the credentials alone, but to ensure that her work would speak for itself.
