Allison Montgomery, Vice President of EHS at Applied Materials, isn’t one to shy away from challenges. Upon graduating high school a year early, Allison enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps because, as she puts it, she’s a bit of a risk taker, and she wanted to choose the branch she thought would be an excellent challenge.
