Ellen serves as a strategic business and legal advisor at a Fortune 500 SaaS company where she partners with a robust sales organization in leading negotiations in complex commercial transactions. She also builds effective experiential learning opportunities to train sales teams on how to facilitate legal negotiations to drive better effective conversations. 

In addition, Ellen is a JAMS ADR Fellow and Career Design Coach at Santa Clara University’s Graduate School of Business. Her enjoyment of negotiations, active listening, beautiful questions, and creative solutions contribute to a passion for building better conversations, particularly those most central to one’s career design. She is a mediator on local court panels and community groups throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
