In this episode, Jesse interviews veteran teacher and marathon runner (and her sister!) Heidi Witter. Heidi shares how being an AA member changed her life, reflects on her spiritual path, and imparts life lessons, wisdom,, and her philosophy on life. Heidi and Jesse do a Loving-Kindness/Metta meditation for Educators all over the world. Finally, they listen to the music of legendary drummer Philly Joe Jones (himself a drum teacher at one point in his storied career!)
