With a background spanning 20 years in nursing, a degree in forensic psychology and working at the coal face of healthcare documentation, Andrea has helped clinics, hospitals, and tech companies build systems that actually tell the right story. She’s passionate about helping teams understand what their data means and why it matters — from the C-suite down.

From her own journey — pivoting after a childhood accident meant the FBI dream was out of reach — to her mission now of helping to reshape U.S. healthcare toward community-focused care, Andrea’s story is all about resilience, clarity, and building with the tools you already have.
