Today's show of Work-Life Harmonized is all about how to prevent burnout before it happens. Especially for women who are juggling multiple roles (which is most of us). Dana talk about the vicious cycle of burnout, and the often forgotten way of reducing the effects. It is time to crush it!


 


 


Recipe:


Dana’s  Famous Pozole


(Traditional Mexican soup with a twist)


 


Ingredients:


2 small cans hominy or 1 large

3 jars of your fav enchilada sauces. Mix red and green for spice and flavor (or the pouches are good too)

1 large onion

Fresh garlic (4-5 cloves or more)

Avocado oil

Cilantro for garnish

Rotisserie chicken (whole)

1-2 cartons of bone broth (chicken or beef or vege)

sour cream for garnish




Procedures:


This is so easy. Sauté onions and garlic with oil on an instapot if you have one or a large pot on the stove l. Then add  chicken in pieces.  Pour all other ingredients on top and pressure cook on high for 20 min.  Or on stove for 30 minutes or so. Serve hot with garnishes. Try it with cheese on top. Quesadillas on the side or grilled cheese.  My kids fav.
