Self-healing is the process of taking responsibility for your own well-being. It requires you doing the work in order for your body to heal rather its mental or physical. Self-healing can involve activities, your mindset and resources that will assist you in getting the needed helpful information you need to get started. It is normally guided by self-motivation and actions on your part to start the process. Ms. G shares her own experiences she dealt with when she was experiencing issues with sciatica. She did the proper diagnosis, did the research and got the help she needed but it took determination and true commitment on her part in order to see the results she needed.
