Kentucky Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Jason Howell says the Murray State University Veterinary School legislation could face challenges in the State Senate.
Senator Howell says after passing the Kentucky House of Representatives with an overwhelming majority, the Senate Education Committee began discussing the Murray State University Vet School Bill last week.
