The Ohio Senate approved the state's new Biennial Operating Budget maintaining the Senate's commitment of fiscal responsibility to the taxpayers.

Ohio is now the 15th state to implement a single flat income tax which coupled with substantial property tax reform will save the taxpayers more than $1 billion.
