Description

When you go on a healing journey, it’s like a spiral. It feels like you get to a new level with certain things and then sometimes realize down the line that you were repeating an old pattern. Sometimes we feel certain things that we tell ourselves we will never change. In today’s episode, I wanted to talk about the importance of not self-identifying with these unhealed throughlines. Once we learn from them, we can grow and heal them.

I start this conversation by revisiting my past relationships and how they made me feel—particularly my inner loneliness. I discuss what sharing energy looks like in a relationship, why we may be attracted to mixed-matched energies, and how our unhealed throughlines are an invitation for self-discovery.

I hope you enjoyed this week’s episode and that it helped you reflect. I’ll see you here next week.
