I recap these news items and discuss small ways that our industry has been shifting in the past few years, right under our noses, and with almost no one noticing. I close with a discussion of consumer expectations in 2023 and how these shifts in our industry might be playing right into the needs of homeowners directly rather than the showroom distribution channel.
