Ingredients:
Earl Grey Tea Syrup
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1 cup sugar
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1/2 cup water
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 2ā3 Earl Grey tea bags
Mocktail
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 3/4 ounce Earl Grey tea syrup
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 3ā4 ounces tonic water
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 8 ounces crushed ice
Instructions:
To make the syrup, combine the water and sugar and bring it to a boil, then remove from the heat. Add the tea bags to steep and let it cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. Fill a highball glass with ice, then pour in the cooled syrup, lemon juice and tonic water. Gently stir and serve.
