Personal Trainer, Fitness Inventor, Owner of Tres Sports Fitness, based in Edina, MN. Luis is originally from Guatemala where he became a competitive triathlete joining the national team as the best junior triathlete in the country at age 18. Luis passion for helping others has allowed him to evolve as a trainer during the last two decades learning from his own personal experiences as an athlete with multiple finishes in all distances of triathlons, from sprints to ironmans, to helping non profit organizations by riding a single speed bike across the country in 27 days or doing a 30 minute plank, all to fight and create more awareness of human trafficking. To the date, Luis has developed and patented multiple fitness inventions that currently sell in the market and at his gym. He also has a new style of group workout that focuses on learning the basics of mobility, human strength and endurance in a simple 30 minute format. Luis has a growing following of one of one personal training clients that tend to stick to working with him as he boils down fitness to the basics with a higher dose of care to help them learn how simple fitness can be.
