Liz is the owner of Dragonfly Apothecary, a skincare company in Charlotte, NC. In this episode, while we do discuss skin health and care, we really get into our own history of health and how we’ve healed from trauma throughout our lives. Liz shares her experience coming into motherhood and how she had to shift her own beliefs about herself in order to transition to a new phase of her life. We also discuss her experience in the fitness world and how she’s come to have a positive relationship with her body.
