I cannot thank you enough for making this podcast. I have dealt with body issues for most of my life. Due to trauma, I have never felt good about my body or connected to my body. I can't even look at myself in the mirror. I'm ashamed to see my own reflection. Hearing you talk about all these topics and acceptance in a genuine fashion is helping me understand I am not disgusting.
