We will discuss the state of unemployment for the 'graying generation' of Baby Boomers over the age of 50. This generation, the largest demographic in the country, is now reaching their 50's and 60's - an age where they need to work, but cannot retire. As companies focus on recruiting Millennials, times are tough for those over 50 and particularly difficult for women over 50.
